I have now been receiving treatment from Mark Davies for a number of years. I previously had a back injury which led to my suffering intermittent lower back pain and brought about restrictions in my movement. Prior to meeting Mark Davies at Help to Health I was in pain on a daily basis. I have experienced back related pain for 5 years and seen many different physiotherapists and osteopaths, but not until meeting Mark did I feel like I could be pain free.

Low back pain was making sitting and, more importantly, exercising, almost impossible for me. I tried a variety of different treatments, but chiropractic was the one that got me back in the gym. Mark is thorough, dedicated and doesn’t give up. Trust me – he’ll put you straight!

As a chronic sufferer from intermittent severe lower back pain I visit Mark Davies at regular intervals, hopefully purely as an ‘MOT’ and for preventative reasons but also on occasion when I have been in severe pain. The last one of these ‘emergency’ visits was three weeks after running a marathon when I was virtually immobilised such was the discomfort.

Fingers crossed subsequent visits have been purely precautionary and there can be no doubt that the care I have received from Mark has been key in preventing an earlier recurrence of the problem.

I have had two separate courses of treatment from Mark for a back problem and have been extremely pleased with the results. He listened carefully to how the problem presented and explained the treatment and its effects well. I recently met with Mark for an assessment on a recurring knee injury that was preventing me from participating in sport. Mark took the time to diagnose and clearly explain the problem I was suffering from and the treatment that he would suggest. During my course of treatment I was very impressed with Mark’s professionalism and knowledge and was very happy with the results.

Since having the treatment I have been able to fully participate in sport again without the painful problem returning. I have recommended and will continue to strongly recommend Mark to friends and family.

I had been suffering with a painful neck and shoulders for some time. After unsuccessfully trying other things I decided to try chiropractic. From the initial assessment and examination, Mark diagnosed the problem to be a lateral curvature of the spine.

As well as an initial course of treatment, he recommended some exercises to do at home. The initial treatment and the home exercises have eased the symptoms considerably and monthly maintenance treatments have kept the problem under control.
